The System is designed with the end user in
mind. It is easy to operate and user gain confidence quickly
as it contains simple terminology and an easy to read, user
friendly screen layout.
By capturing only the essential data as required the process
is very fast, very simple and allows the operator to complete
screenings in only a few minutes. The system has been designed
to filter out conditions that do not require screening. Enter
a condition and the system will determine if the condition
requires screening or not. This is done at the beginning of
the call, so no time is wasted unnecessarily if the condition
does not warrant screening.
The system operates at scheme level so each scheme is set-up
to the individual scheme specification. We therefore ask the
medical warranty questions that relate to each scheme independently,
ensuring complete compliance with the policy, wording. This
enables us to determine if a client requires screening under
the terms and conditions of the policy and if the policy is
suitable for their requirements.
A pop-up help facility and the ability to request help online
at case level is aimed to give sales agents all the tools
they require to assist them with the call. The aim is to have
a single call resolution.
Documentation is generated once screening is complete. detailing
any terms that may apply to the policy, and will be issued
the same day giving the client complete confidence in the
insurance process.

Meeting the needs of the Underwriter:
With the system's inbuilt flexibility, the underwriter can
determine the type of result they require and therefore set
the system to be used by an underwriter to set criteria at
scheme level. A number of options can be generated depending

There are different views on imposing terms and we provide
the tools to offer a variety of options to the underwriter.
Working closely with the Underwriter we can also set the system
at different levels. enabling us to achieve the results the
Underwriter expects. There is a table of ten bands which will
trigger the levels of risk. We can then set the system to
meet t hose requirements.
We constantly monitor the data and can feed back system analysis
to the Underwriter quickly and if required modify the system
instantly to adapt to market trends.
